COMMERCIAL LEASE AGREEMENT
This Commercial Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of this 1st day of September, 2026, by and between the Lessor and the Lessee.
1. DEMISE AND PREMISES
The Lessor hereby demises and leases unto the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby leases from the Lessor, the commercial office space situated at Plot No. 42, Cyber City, Gurugram.
2. RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Lessee shall remit a monthly rent of payable in advance on or before the 5th day of each English calendar month. Time is of the essence for all rental remittances.
